The planting area is being developed in order to provide sustainable food to the project.

The organic garden was built through a donation from Lorerdana and Marcos, an Italian couple who were closely monitoring and participating in the creation of the project during a volunteering action in 2018.

In 2017, the same couple, in partnership with Brazilian families, built a 30m² chicken coop to help educate children on the issue of sustainability. It is also used for egg production.
